煨燼（上猥𢌞反下夕進反鄭箋毛詩云火燒之餘曰燼並形聲字說文作燼同）。

煨燼 (The upper character is [pronounced with the] fanqie 猥𢌞 [wēi]; the lower is [pronounced with the] fanqie 夕進 [jìn]. Zheng's commentary on the Mao Odes says: "The remnants of what has been burned by fire are called embers (jin)." Both are phono-semantic characters. The Shuowen writes it identically as 燼).
