南溟（音冥海名也莊生云北溟者極北邊去日月遠故謂之溟南溟准此也）。

Nánmíng 南溟 (Southern Ocean; [míng is] pronounced míng, the name of an ocean. Master Zhuang says: 'The Northern Ocean is at the extreme north, far away from the sun and moon, hence it is called míng [dark ocean].' The Southern Ocean follows this).
