漄際淼難知（上音牙次音祭下弭小反考聲云水闊犬貌也從三水不見彼岸也）。

Yá jì miǎo nán zhī 漄際淼難知 (the shores and margins are unfathomably vast; the first character is pronounced yá, the next is pronounced jì, and the last is pronounced with the fanqie mǐ + xiǎo. The Kaosheng says: 'The appearance of broad and vast waters.' Deriving from three waters [shuǐ 水], where the other shore cannot be seen).
