網鞔 (the fanqie is 莫 + 安. In fact, the meaning of 'webbed' (網鞔) is not found in non-Buddhist histories; it is explained in Buddhist treatises that between the ten fingers and toes of the Tathāgata there is webbed flesh, just like the webbed feet of a goose).
