𢤳閙（上音會說文憒亂也下拏効反俗字也正體從市從人作𠆴集訓云人處市則諠曰𠆴會意字也）。

𢤳閙 (the first is pronounced 會. The Shuowen says: "Confused and disordered." For the second character, the fanqie is 拏 + 効. It is a popular character; the standard form takes the marketplace radical [市] and human radical [人] as 𠆴. The Jixun says: "When people are in a market, it is noisy; hence called 𠆴. It is a compound ideograph").
