縶維 (The first character has the fanqie *zhi* + *li*. Du's commentary on the *Zuo zhuan* says: "*Zhi* is like to bind." Liu Zhao's commentary on the *Gongyang zhuan* says: "*Zhi* means to tether." The *Gujin zhengzi* says: "To detain and bind." It takes 糸 as radical with 執 phonetic).
