箭簳（上煎線反方言箭𠂕也關西謂之箭關東謂之𠂕下哥嬾反俗字也正體從可作笴尚書大傳云若射儀之笴栝鄭注云笴箭篙也爾雅日東南之美者有會稽之竹箭焉）。

箭簳 (for the first character, the fanqie is 煎 + 線. The Fangyan says: "Arrows are called 𠂕; west of the Pass they call them 箭, east of the Pass they call them 𠂕." For the second character, the fanqie is 哥 + 嬾. It is a popular character; the standard form takes 可 and is written 笴. The Shangshu Dazhuan says: "Like the shaft (笴) and notch (栝) in archery rites." Zheng's commentary says: "笴 is the shaft of an arrow." The Erya says: "Among the finest products of the Southeast is the bamboo arrow of Kuaiji").
