癭鬼（上纓頂反說文云癭頸瘤也從疒嬰聲瘤音抑由反）。

癭鬼 (The upper character has the fanqie 纓 [ying] + 頂 [ding]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'A 癭 is a tumor on the neck.' It takes the disease radical with 嬰 phonetic; 瘤 [tumor] is pronounced 抑 [yi] + 由 [you] fanqie).
