棖觸（上擇庚反考聲作敝云撞也玉篇作[打-丁+(臺-至+工)]云剌也或作敲云棖觸也文字典說從手長聲律本作㯑非也）。

棖觸 (The first syllable is *chéng* [ze + geng fanqie]. The Kaosheng writes it as 敝 and says: "It means to strike." The Yupian writes it as [打-丁+(臺-至+工)] and says: "It means to prick." Some write it as 敲 and say: "It means colliding and jarring." The Wenzi dianxuo says: "It is formed with 'hand' (手) and 長 as the phonetic component." The Vinaya version writes 㯑, which is incorrect).
