插在 (The first syllable is *chā* [chen + jia fanqie]. The Shenglei says: "插 (*chā*) means to prick and pierce into." The Shuowen jiezi says: "To pierce and insert; it is formed with 'hand' (手) and 臿 as the phonetic component." 臿 has the same pronunciation as above. 磣 is pronounced *chěn* [chu + jin fanqie]).
