籤剌（上妾閻反說文云籤銳也貫也從竹籤聲籤音思廉反下此四反律文作籤㓨俗字也）。

Pierce with a toothpick (籤剌: the first is pronounced with the fanqie 妾閻. The Shuowen says: "A qiān [籤] is sharp; to pierce through. It takes bamboo [竹] as semantic classifier and qiān [籤] as phonetic." Qiān is pronounced with the fanqie 思廉. The second is pronounced with the fanqie 此四. In the Vinaya text it is written 籤㓨, which is a vulgar character).
