Tíngqì 停憩 (resting: the upper [sounded with the fanqie] q- + [l]ì 卿例反. The commentary to the Mao Classic of Poetry says: 'Qì 憩 means to rest.' The Shuowen jiezi writes it as 蝎, with the same sound as above).
