癰痤 ('abscess and carbuncle'): the first character is [pronounced] with the fanqie 擁恭; the second character is with the fanqie 坐禾. The Shuowen says: 'A 痤 (cuó) is a small swelling.' Both characters take 疒 (sickness) as semantic component, with 雝 and 坐 respectively as phonetic components.
