Skin chapping (the fanqie is 七 + 旬. The *Picang* says: "*Jun* means *ji* [coarse skin]." It also says: "Cracking from cold." The *Gujin zhengzi* says that both characters *jun* and *qie* are composed of 皮 [skin], being phono-semantic compounds. 𭽬 is pronounced with the fanqie 七 + 藥).
