纂集（上鑽管反考聲云纂亦集也大迦攝波纂集如來所說聖教結為三藏名為纂集說文云纂似組而赤黑也從糸𮅕聲𮅕音𮅕）。

Compile and collect [纂集]: The first character (zuan + guan [zuǎn]) is explained in the Kaosheng: 'Zuǎn also means to collect. Mahākāśyapa compiled and collected the sacred teachings spoken by the Tathāgata and rehearsed them into the Tripiṭaka; this was called zuǎnjí.' The Shuowen states: 'Zuǎn resembles a woven ribbon of red and black; formed with "silk" [糸] as radical and [𮅕] as phonetic.' [𮅕] is pronounced [𮅕].
