灒溢（上則散反前苾蒭尼律第二十卷中已釋下寅一反顧野王云溢盈也賈逵注國語云餘也說文器滿也從水益聲亦從皿作㳑）。

灒溢 'splashing and overflowing' (the first character is fanqie 則散; it was already explained in Fascicle 20 of the Bhikṣuṇī-vinaya above; the second character is fanqie 寅一; Gu Yewang says: '溢 means full'; Jia Kui's commentary on the Guoyu says: 'it means surplus'; the Shuowen jiezi says: 'a vessel being filled to the brim; it is formed from the water [radical] with 益 phonetic'; it is also written with the vessel [radical] as 㳑).
