闐噎（上音田毛詩云振旅闐闐也文字典說云塞也從門真聲下煙結反前百一羯磨律第一卷中已釋）。

闐噎 (jammed and blocked; the first character is pronounced like 田. The Mao Shi states: “Inspiring the troops, rumbling [tiantian].” The Wenzi dianshuo states: “It means blocked; it is derived from 'gate' (門) with zhen as phonetic component.” The second character is pronounced 煙結反, and was already explained in Fascicle One of the previous Ekottarakarma-vinaya).
