Abdominal distension and gill bone blockage (脹𲌿): the first character is pronounced with the fanqie zhang-liang (zhang). Du [Yu]'s commentary on the Zuo zhuan states: "Zhang means fullness of the abdomen." The Wenzi dianshuo states: "Fullness of the abdomen causing pain; it takes 'flesh' (肉) as semantic classifier and has chang (長) as phonetic component." The second character is pronounced with the fanqie sai-zai (sai). The Kaosheng states: "Sai is the bone inside the cheek of a fish." The Guiyuan zhucong states: "The solid structure inside the cheek of a fish; it takes 'fish' (魚) as semantic classifier and has cong (悤) as phonetic component."
