水捼（下內雷反考聲云捼謂揉摩也說文云摧也又云兩手相切摩也從手委聲）。

水捼 Kneading in water (the second character is nei + lei [ruó]; the Kaosheng says: "'Ruo' means to rub and knead." The Shuowen says: "To crush." It also says: "Rubbing together with both hands; [the character] derives from 'hand' with 'wei' phonetic").
