歠欱（上川𤑔反蒼頡篇云歠𠻜也禮記云無流歠說文[(今/商)*欠]也從㱃省叕聲𠻜音山𤑔反㱃音菴錦反下憨合反太玄經云下欱上欱也宋忠注云欱合也西京賦云欱澧吐鄗也說文欱亦歠也從欠合聲鄗音號）。

歠欱 'slurping and gulping' (the first character is fanqie 川𤑔; the Cang Jie pian says: '歠 means to lap up'; the Liji says: 'Do not lap it up in a continuous stream'; the Shuowen jiezi says: '[(今/商)*欠] (to sip); it is formed from an abbreviated 㱃 with 叕 phonetic'; 𠻜 has the fanqie 山𤑔; 㱃 has the fanqie 菴錦; the second character is fanqie 憨合; the Taixuanjing says: 'gulping below and gulping above'; Song Zhong's commentary says: '欱 means to draw together'; the Xijing fu says: 'gulping the Li River and spouting the Hao River'; the Shuowen jiezi says: '欱 also means to slurp; it is formed from the yawn [radical] with 合 phonetic'; 鄗 has the sound 號).
