腋已下（上音亦考聲髆下也埤蒼謂胳也在肘後胳亦腋也古今正字與埤蒼義同從肉夜聲經從手作掖是掖亭字非經義胳音各）。

腋已下 (The first character is pronounced like 亦 [yì]. Kaosheng: Below the shoulder. Picang says: It refers to the armpit; it is behind the elbow; 胳 [gē] is also the armpit. Gujin zhengzi agrees with Picang. Derived from 肉 [flesh] with 夜 as phonetic. In the scriptures it is written with 手 [hand] as 掖, which is the character for side palaces and not the meaning in the scripture. 胳 is pronounced like 各 [gè]).
