撮略 (鑽 [zuān] + 括 [kuò] fanqie. Guangya: 撮 [cuō] means to hold. Kong Anguo's preface to the Book of Documents says: Grasping its essential points. Now the Vinaya texts are vast and boundless without shore; grasping their pivotal essentials establishes the karmavācanā to conduct its affairs).
