喑噫（於禁反下乙戒反喑唶也噫歎傷也亦大聲也戒文作嗌於亦反嗌咽也嗌非字義）。

喑噫 (Groaning and sighing: pronounced with the fanqie 於禁 [yìn]; the second character with 乙戒 [yài]. 喑 means groaning; 噫 means sighing in pain, and also a loud voice. The Vinaya text writes 嗌, pronounced with the fanqie 於亦 [yì]; 嗌 means the throat, which is not the correct meaning of the character.)
