覆苫（舒鹽反爾雅白蓋謂之苫李巡云編菅以覆屋曰苫又音舒燄反苫亦覆也）。

覆苫 (Covering with thatch: pronounced with the fanqie 舒鹽 [shān]. The Erya states: "A white canopy is called a 苫." Li Xun says: "Weaving reeds together to roof a house is called 苫." It is also pronounced with the fanqie 舒燄 [shàn]; 苫 also means to cover.)
