烹鴈（普羹反烹煑也方言烹熟也凡煑於鑊中曰烹於鼎曰升）。

Boiling a wild goose (pengyan 烹鴈; pronounced [pu + geng] /pēng/: Peng means to boil. The Fangyan says: 'Peng means to cook thoroughly.' In general, cooking in a caldron (huo 鑊) is called peng; cooking in a tripod cauldron (ding 鼎) is called sheng).
