卛取 [guànqǔ, to ladle / scoop out] (fanqie: 九 [jiǔ] / 万 [wàn]. The Tongsu wen says: 'Drawing water is called 𭅩.' The Shuowen says: '𭅩 means ladling out; dipping out.' 舀 [to dip out] is pronounced with the fanqie: 弋 [yì] / 少 [shǎo]).
