謇吃（居展反下居乞反通俗文言不通利謂之謇吃律文作謇蹇二形非也）。

Stuttering and stammering (謇吃) (fanqie: 居 + 展; the second character has the fanqie: 居 + 乞. The Tongsuwen says: "Speech that is not fluent is called jianchi." The Vinaya text's writings 謇 and 蹇 are incorrect).
