氣𠲿（宜作欬瘶欬音苦代反江南行此音又丘既反山東行此音下蘇豆反說文瘶逆氣也上氣疾也蒼頡篇齊部謂瘶曰欬論文作氣非也）。

Coughing and wheezing (气𠲿: should properly be written as 欬瘶. 欬 has the fanqie ku + dai, a pronunciation current in the region south of the Yangtze; it is also pronounced with the fanqie qiu + ji, a pronunciation current east of the mountains. The second character 𠲿 has the fanqie su + dou. The Shuowen jiezi says: '瘶 means adverse ascending breath, a disease of upward Qi.' The Cangjie pian says: 'In the Qi region, coughing (瘶) is called 欬.' It being written in the text of the treatise as 气𠲿 is erroneous.).
