刮取（上關八反考聲云橫刃掠之曰刮說文從刀從适省聲掠音略）。

刮取 (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie 關 + 八 [guā]. The Kaosheng says: "To scrape across with a blade is called 刮." The Shuowen says it takes the knife radical [刂] and has an abbreviated 适 as its phonetic component. 掠 is pronounced like 略 [lüè].)
