棖食（上宅耕反韻詮云棖觸也從手長聲經文從木從尚作棠音唐棠梨木名也非經義也）。

棖食 (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie 宅 + 耕 [zhěng]. The Yunquan says: "棖 means to touch or collide." It takes the hand radical [扌] and has 長 as its phonetic component. The sūtra text writes 棠 with the tree radical [木] and 尚, with the sound of 唐 [táng]; 棠 is the name of the russet pear tree, which is not the meaning intended by the sūtra.)
