能[馬*(中/又)] (the second character, sh- + -i in fanqie. In the treatise text it is written as 駛, which is pronounced jue, not fitting the meaning. The Kaosheng and the Cang Jie pian both say: 'A horse running swiftly.' The Gujin zhengzi also says: 'Swift and fast.' It takes horse as semantic and 㕜 as phonetic).
