塵瞖（下伊計反考聲云目中病也字書云塵瞖瘴目也字林亦目病也案瞖字目障也無所見也從目殹聲殹音同上）。

Obscuring cataracts (塵瞖; the lower character [瞖] is fanqie 伊計. The Kaosheng says: 'A disease of the eye.' Lexicons state: '塵瞖 means a cataract that obstructs the eye.' The Zilin also says: 'An eye disease.' On examination, the character 瞖 means an obstruction of the eye, rendering one unable to see. It is composed with 'eye' (目) as semantic and 殹 as phonetic. The sound of 殹 is the same as above).
