四[桓-旦+(尸@乙)] (The second character has the fanqie pronunciation 嚶 + 革 [è]. Correctly written with the radical 車 as 軶. The Kaogongji says: 'The wheelwright makes the yoke [軶], six feet in length', referring to what presses upon the ox's neck at the end of the wagon pole. In the treatise text it is written with the radical 手 as 扼, which does not carry this meaning; that character is 扼 from 'to grip the wrist'.)
