操杖（又作𢿾同錯勞反說文操把持也執捉也論文作[木*(刃/一/刃/一)]非也）。
Holding a staff (操杖: [操 is] also written as 𢿾, the same, *cuo* and *lao* *fanqie* [= *cao*]; the *Shuowen* says: "*Cao* means to hold in the hand; to grasp." In the treatise text it is written as [木*(刃/一/刃/一)], which is incorrect).
