Twisting rope (糾索: [糾 is] *ju* and *liu* *fanqie* [= *jiu*]; the *Cang Jie jiegu* says: "A cord of three plies joined is called *jiu*." The *Xiao Erya* says: "Large is called *suo* (rope); small is called *sheng* (cord)").
