膿血（上乃冬反正作癑或作膿今通作膿字又作鹽也顧野王云膿㿈疽精血也古今正字義同從月農聲）。

Pus and blood (膿血: the upper character has the fanqie n[ǎi] + [d]ōng; correctly written as 癑, or as 膿; nowadays it is commonly written as 膿, and also written as 鹽. Gu Yewang says: '膿 is the purulent blood of ulcers and carbuncles.' The Gujin zhengzi gives the same meaning; it takes ròu (yuè) as radical and nóng as phonetic).
