跳躑（上狄遙反蒼頡篇云跳踊也廣雅云上也說文云踊也從足兆聲也下程戟反字書正𨅙也論文作躑俗字行用已夂故存之也）。

Leaping and prancing (跳躑: the first character has the fanqie 狄 + 遙. The Cangjie pian says: “跳 means to leap or hop.” The Guangya says: “It means to ascend.” The Shuowen says: “It means to hop; classified under the radical 'foot' (足) with 兆 phonetic.” The second character has the fanqie 程 + 戟. In character dictionaries the standard form is 𨅙. In the treatise text it is written as 躑, which is a popular variant that has been in use for a long time, so it is retained).
