欲廛（下徹連反鄭注周禮云廛謂城邑之居也鄭又注云市廛物邸舍也言為眾欲所聚亦如人之居於廛肆也亦作纏考聲云纏繞也束也言被諸欲纏繞束縛也說文云廛一畝半一家之居也從广墨聲論文作厘非也）。

Domain of desires (欲廛: the second character has the fanqie 徹 + 連. Zheng [Xuan]'s commentary on the Zhouli says: “廛 refers to residences in cities and towns.” Zheng also notes: “Market 廛 are lodges and shops for goods; it denotes the place where myriad desires gather, just as people live in market residences.” Also written as 纏. The Kaosheng says: “纏 means to twine around; to bind; it means being entangled and bound by various desires.” The Shuowen says: “廛 is an area of one and a half mu, the dwelling of a single household; classified under the radical 广 with 墨 phonetic.” In the treatise text it is written as 厘, which is incorrect).
