若癰（下擁恭反司馬彪注莊子云浮熱為瘭不通為癰也說文云腫也從疒雝聲雝音上同擁音邕拱反瘭音摽也）。

Like an ulcer (若癰: the second character has the fanqie 擁 + 恭. Sima Biao's commentary on the Zhuangzi says: “Superficial heat causes pimples; obstruction causes ulcers.” The Shuowen says: “It means swelling; classified under the radical 'sickness' (疒) with 雝 phonetic.” 雝 has the same sound as above; 擁 has the fanqie 邕 + 拱; 瘭 has the sound 摽).
