樗皮（胡化反考聲樗木名也說文山木也其皮以為燭從木雩聲論作樺亦通）。

Birch bark (樗皮; [the first character is] 胡 + 化. The *Kaosheng* states: "樗 is the name of a tree." The *Shuowen jiezi* states: "A mountain tree whose bark is used for torches. Composed of 'wood' (木) and 雩 as the phonetic." In the treatise it is written as 樺, which is also acceptable).
