滂溢（上普忙反說文滂池也亦作䨦下引一反廣雅溢盛也溢出也說文器滿也二字竝從水旁益聲論作溢俗字也）。

Surging and overflowing (滂溢; the first character is 普 + 忙. The *Shuowen jiezi* states: "滂 means a reservoir; also written as 䨦." The second character is 引 + 一. The *Guangya* states: "溢 means abundant; to spill over." The *Shuowen jiezi* states: "A vessel being full. Both characters are composed of 'water' (水), with 旁 and 益 as their respective phonetics." In the treatise it is written as 溢, which is a vulgar character).
