貿少（矛候反顧野王云貿猶交易也爾雅云貿市也又賣也說文從貝夗聲亦作貿論作𧴵俗字也）。

Bartering a little (貿少: the first character is pronounced mao-hou [mào]; Gu Yewang says: '貿 is like exchanging.' The Erya says: '貿 means trading in the market; it also means to sell.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'It is formed with [the semantic classifier] bèi (cowrie) and has wǎn as its phonetic component; also written as 貿.' The treatise writes 𧴵, which is a vulgar character).
