怯劣（上久業反顧野王云怯畏也說文從心去聲下臠惙反說文劣弱也從少力會意字）。

Timid and inferior (怯劣: the first character has the fanqie 久業; Gu Yewang says: '怯 means fearful.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Formed from [the semantic component] "mind" (心) and has 去 as phonetic.' The second character has the fanqie 臠惙; the Shuowen jiezi says: '劣 means weak. Formed from "few" (少) and "strength" (力); it is an associative compound.').
