船栰（煩發反馬注論語云大曰筏小曰桴考聲栰縛竹木浮之水上也說文正作橃云海大船也從木發聲或作𦪑亦作筏）。

船栰 (fan-fa fan; Ma's commentary on the Analects says: "A large one is called a fa; a small one is called a fu." Kaosheng says: "A fa is made by binding bamboo or wood together to float on water." Shuowen jiezi has the orthodox form as 橃, stating: "A large sea vessel; it takes mu ('wood') as semantic and fa as phonetic." It is also written as 𦪑 or as 筏).
