嗤笑（赤之反韓詩云志意和悅皃也考聲云嗤笑也字書云嗤戲笑也說文作欪又云𣢑𣢑戲笑皃也從欠㞢聲也㞢音之也）。

Sneering and laughing (chixiao 嗤笑: [the upper word is pronounced with the fanqie] chi + zhi [chi]. The Han shi says: 'The appearance of harmony and pleasure in will and intention.' The Kaosheng says: 'Chixiao 嗤笑 means laughing at.' The Zishu says: 'Chi means playful laughter.' The Shuowen writes it 欪, and also says: '𣢑; 𣢑 is the appearance of laughing playfully; it is categorized under qian 欠 and takes zhi 㞢 as phonetic; 㞢 is pronounced zhi 之.').
