飄轉（上匹遙反郭璞注爾雅云飄者𢌞風也毛詩傳曰暴起之風也經典釋文陸德明音毘遙反老子曰飄風不終朝或作㗚字林作𪋖古字也）。

Whirling and turning (飄轉): The upper character has the fanqie pi + yao (piāo). Guo Pu's commentary on the Erya says: ‘Piāo is a whirlwind.’ The Mao Commentary to the Shijing says: ‘A violently arising wind.’ In the Jingdian shiwen, Lu Deming gives the fanqie pi + yao (piáo). Laozi says: ‘A whirlwind does not last the whole morning.’ It is also written as 㗚; the Zilin writes it as 𪋖, an ancient character.
