Coriander (香荾: also written 荽; the Ziyuan writes it 䕑, the same; fanqie: s[ī] + [zhu]ī. The Yunlüe states: 'Husu is fragrant coriander.' The Bowuzhi states: 'Zhang Qian was sent as envoy to the Western Regions and obtained husu', which is this. Nowadays south of the Yangtze, husu is also called hu[xi]; pronounced huxi, and recently it has also been changed to xiangrui).
