播輸鉢多（補賀反亦作波輸此是塗灰外道遍身塗灰髮即有剃不剃衣纔蔽形但非赤色為異耳奉事魔𨢘首羅天者也）。

播輸鉢多 Pāśupatas (bǔ + hè fanqie; also written 波輸. These are the ash-smearing non-Buddhists. They smear their entire bodies with ashes; some shave their hair while others do not; their clothing barely covers their bodies, distinguished merely by not being reddish. They worship Maheśvara).
