遞為（古文递同徒禮反爾疋遞迭也郭璞曰遞更易也論文有作迭徒結反方言迭代也二形通用宜依字讀也）。

Alternately becoming (遞為): The ancient character is the same as 递. Fanqie: 徒禮 [dǐ]. Erya: '遞 means alternating (迭).' Guo Pu says: '遞 means to exchange or replace.' The treatise has it written as 迭, fanqie: 徒結 [dié]. Fangyan: '迭 means alternate.' The two forms are interchangeable; one should read it according to the character.
