為䧜（徒當反說文隄䧜也埤蒼云長沙謂隄為䧜是也隄防也防止水者也又障也積土為封限障水也）。

Making an embankment (為䧜): Fanqie: 徒當 [táng]. Shuowen jiezi: 'A dike or embankment.' Picang says: 'In Changsha they call a dike a táng; this is it.' A dike is a barrier, used to stop water; it is also a partition, piling up earth to make a bound to block water.
